Purchase requirements
Sales are restricted to persons aged 18 or over. By placing an order the buyer declares to be of legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages in their country. Delivery may only be made to adults.
Products and prices
Prices are in euro, VAT included. Shipping costs are shown before the order is confirmed. Images are for illustrative purposes.
Order and payment
The order is completed with payment through Stripe. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by email.
Shipping
We currently ship within Italy only. Indicative times: 24/48 working hours from dispatch. If a product is damaged in transit, contact info@rocciliqueur.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, returning the product intact and sealed. Procedures and any exceptions under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code are to be defined with legal counsel.
Warranty and complaints
The legal warranty of conformity applies. For complaints write to info@rocciliqueur.com.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. The European ODR platform may be used.
