q.b. — Just enough.
Just enough.
A measure, before it is a formula. In taste it means leaving room for every botanical. In the way we spend time together it means choosing the right time, the right gesture, the right people. In drinking, too: pleasure has more character when it knows its measure.
It is what we believe in, and the name we chose for our company: q.b. Rocci Srl.
We don't invent a territory.

In the passages that transform (us). In the encounters that reveal the direction.
ROCCI was born in the Susa Valley, from a real trace: a note of botanicals found in a family hut. But it was not born to stay in the past: it carries that trace into the present, in a contemporary taste and gesture.
It is poured when the pace slows down. When the table stays set a little longer with the people we are good with. When, for a moment, the journey becomes an encounter.
Just enough to leave a trace, and its taste.
